The legalization of prostitution is a matter of health. Health for the customers as well as the workers. Hundreds of men will continue to contract AIDS and other STD's through contact with Illegal prostitutes until this is addressed.

IMHO A program of required condom usage and frequent testing will save lives.  A system of licensure, slavery awareness for law enforcement, and program intake will positively impact the prostitutes, their customers, and society.
